shopping at PetuniaPetunia is very simple & very secure. browse through our store & find the items you just can't live without. select the colors &/or sizes from the product page. click add to shopping tote & the item is automatically placed in your shopping bag. some items may have additional shipping charges due to their size, weight or special handling requirements. these additonal costs ensure that the items are packaged appropriately and arrive in perfect condition to your home. once you have everything in your shopping tote proceed to checkout. all credit card transactions & confidential information are verified and protected by Authorize.net one of the industry leaders in SSL encryption.
can I place an order by telephone?
placing an order through our shopping tote is a secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our customer service number @ 732.774.5170 Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10am - 5pm EST. if no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.
out of stock/backorders policy?
every so often customer demand exceeds our supply. if after placing an item in your shopping tote you see a back order notice, more stock is expected in soon & we will look forward to shipping it out to you. you can choose to continue with the order & pay for the item, in which case we will contact you by email to let you know the expected date of delivery. if you do not want to wait until the due date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged.
what if my package does not arrive on time?
just give us a call or email us & we will track your package for you. have your name, address and order number on hand when you call or just email the information to us at: info@PetuniaPetunia.com & we will track your package & contact you with the details.

we make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. packages are sent using standard ground delivery; items placed by 12 Noon EST Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) that are in stock will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. if you need an expedited shipment we can send you a quote for Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping. please call us to be certain we can complete your rush order. we will quote shipping ASAP.
how are shipping costs determined?
shipping costs are based on the ship to address & the total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied.
what is our return/exchange policy?
you may return any product (*exceptions noted below) within 30 days of the shipment date for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same credit card on which it was purchased. a credit will be issued and appear on your billing statement. all returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. when you return an item follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. you may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. shipping fees are non-refundable.

how do I make a return/exchange?
return your purchase well-packed & you may want to insure your return for the full price of the item; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. shipping fees are non-refundable. include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase, write on the copy of the invoice the reason for return and ship it to the following address:

how do I report damaged shipments?
please call us immediately at 732.774.5170 & we will process a claim and/or replacement. FedEx & UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. PetuniaPetunia MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
